2. Sayangnya banyak sekali informasi yang di inginkan akan tetapi tidak dibutuhkan dalam pembuatan laporan.

Yang terpenting adalah, kepuasan pelanggan/costumer adalah yang utama, tapi perlu dingat, tidak semua harus kita akomodasi. Harus jelas hitungan uang, time, dan implementasinya.
